WOMEN WHO MOSH WEDNESDAY - MARTA PETERSON OF BLEEDING THROUGH

Today we'll be taking a look at a lady from a band that isn't around anymore. After a very successful 14 year run, Bleeding Through called it quits at the very beginning of this year. Since their inception in 1999, they've released a grand total of seven albums peaking at #48 on the charts. Not bad Bleeding Through, not bad.

Onto Marta herself. She had been with the band since 2003 to pick up where former keyboard player Molly Street left off. Musically, she provided several dominating soundscapes to back the heaviness delivered by the rest of the band. Visually... smoking hot. And you better believe she kept it metal both in the studio and on the stage \m/

You can go ahead and check out some videos from Bleeding Through over the years down yonder. Great stuff. The Orange Country moguls will be missed.
